This program consists of 2-3 clients training together as a team. Learn good form and reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need. Whether its sports performance, losing weight, or building muscles we will help you reach your goals. Programs are created on 2, 3, and 4 day splits to optimize results for you. Each session is 40-60 minutes. **Pricing is per client. Educator and first responder discounts have been applied.
